The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects across multiple departments. As a Project Coordinator, you will coordinate all aspects of project management processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and management of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders and team members.
• Track project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Organize project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items and deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or related role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
