About the Role - Parts Sales Specialist

This role is responsible for receiving, quoting and processing orders for spare parts. You will be responsible for answering the Parts dept email and telephone. You will serve as subject matter expert, ensuring that the correct parts get ordered and suggest other parts as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Technical Sales: Collect order details directly from the customer.
• Create a purchase order and interface with the Sales team to perform a proper quotation.
• Oversee Purchase Order and related paperwork. Attention to detail is a must.
• Communicate across teams: with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Technical Teams and Finance to ensure timely processing of the parts order.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in purchasing, manufacturing, automation, or automotive sectors.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.
• Knowledge of SAP for quotations and quote management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field desirable.

• Documentation management, Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
