Industrial Electrician

Greensboro, NC

Hourly Rate: $32.00-$35.00

Note : Must be able to work 6 days a week - 10 hour days for approximately the first 4 months

Responsibilities:

• Installs PLC's, motor controls, cable and cable trays
  
• Install, connect, and maintain electrical wiring, conduit systems, and other electrical components
  
• Works from construction drawings to install power, lighting and distribution systems
  
• Diagnose and repair electrical problems, including malfunctions in equipment and systems
  
• Program PLC's and other automated control systems
  
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  

• Must have a strong understanding of electrical theory, wiring principles, and relevant electrical codes
  
• Must have minimum of 7 years as an industrial electrician
  
• Must have copies of certifications for Aerial Lift, Scissor Lift and Fork Lift
  
• Certificate of completion in an apprenticeship program or journeyman experience preferred
  
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems effectively
  
• Able to understand schematics and other technical documents
  
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and practices in industrial settings
  
• Ability to communicate with team members, engineers
