Requirements:
• Active NC license
• BC/BE (If BE, within 3 years of residency)
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS
• DEA with NC address
• Proof of COVID Vaccination
• NC Medicaid/Medicare credentialed and enrolled in PECOS (preferred)
