Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical (M/S)
FA - - A Registered Nurse (RN) needed in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry Unit (M/S Tele) setting. Job Type: Local or Travel Contract. Shift: Nights, 36hr Week (3x12). Location: Winston-Salem, NC. Requirements: Must have 2yrs M/S Tele experience during the past 3yrs. Updated resume, Basic Life Support (BLS - AHA or Red Cross), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS - AHA or Red Cross), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), current drivers license (DL), and an active North Carolina or Compact RN license.
