Join SHO Inc., a local FedEx Ground contractor out of Monroe, and start your new career earning $700–$1,200 per week based on stops and packages delivered! Safety bonus incentives available for drivers who demonstrate consistent safe driving and professional conduct. Previous delivery or driving experience is a plus but not required. Paid training provided.
We are actively hiring for full-time and part-time drivers.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass a DOT physical and FedEx Ground background check
- Pass a drug test with random screens throughout employment
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and up to 150 lbs. with a hand truck
- Able to climb stairs and work in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Dependable, reliable, and takes pride in their work
- CDL not required
What You'll Do
- Deliver and pick up packages at residences and businesses, up to 150 stops per day
- Operate your vehicle safely at all times
- Load and organize your vehicle for daily deliveries
- Perform daily vehicle inspections including fluid levels
- Accurately scan and track all packages
- Precise disposition is critical
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate with your manager
- Complete your full route consistently and on time
Training
- Paid training covers route procedures, equipment operation, customer service, and driver safety.
