Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Homecare Setting

We are currently seeking passionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNAs) to join our team in a homecare setting. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need. Our primary objective is to provide tailored care for seniors and medically fragile children. Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and assist with medical treatments as required.
  • Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, if necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment for the client, including light housekeeping tasks.
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments, social outings, and other activities as needed.
  • Document care provided and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Valid and current state nursing license.
  • Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred.
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and use good judgment in decision-making.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects as required.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
  • Clear background check and drug screening.
