Senior Financial Analyst
The Senior Financial & Corporate Insurance Analyst combines financial planning and analysis with oversight of the Company’s commercial insurance programs to strengthen performance and manage risk. The role evaluates financial results, supports budgeting and forecasting, and provides actionable insights to leadership. It also administers key insurance programs, including Workers’ Compensation, Liability, Property, and Management Liability, while coordinating renewals, claims, and broker relationships to protect the Company’s assets and financial stability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- CPA or CMA designation considered an asset
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis and/or commercial insurance program management
- Experience with multi-location operations, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred
