Software Engineer
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Software Engineer in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities:
- Leverage resources to find answers/solutions, proactively communicate status/blockers in a clear manner
- Participate in the design, development, test automation, documentation and integration of the next generation Enterprise Identity Provisioning system in the cloud
- Contribute to changes to existing Identity Management components as needed to enable migration from current on-prem solution to next gen in the cloud
- Gather functional requirements, develop technical specifications, and perform project and test planning
- Design/develop/maintain backend software - includes enhancements, bug fixes and PoCs
- Implement a full SDLC lifecycle including CI/CD in the cloud
- Participate as part of an Agile development team
- Work cross-functionally with various client's teams: product management, various product lines, and business units
- Communicate, document, and distill technical information to team members and partner organizations
- Roughly 80% hands-on coding (new code, modifying existing code, testing automation)
- Proactive engineer who is a self-starter - able to quickly read/digest documentation and design
