Job Summary:
Seeking a Payroll Specialist to support U.S. & Canada payroll operations. Responsibilities include processing weekly/bi-weekly payroll, maintaining payroll records, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, reconciling payroll, managing deductions/garnishments, and responding to employee payroll inquiries.

Required Skills:

• 1+ year of payroll experience (multi-state or multi-province preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data analysis)
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ADP GlobalView and Oracle HCM
• Knowledge of U.S. and/or Canada payroll laws and regulations
• Time & Attendance system experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
