What You'll Do

As a Front Desk team member, you will help create a great experience from the moment customers walk through the door.

You will:

• Greet and check in customers
• Answer phones and customer questions
• Help guests with reservations and bookings
• Explain our laser tag games, equipment, and rules
• Help organize groups and birthday parties
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist the team with keeping the facility organized and ready for guests
