What You'll Earn:

• $40,000 Base Salary
• $20,000-$30,000+ GUARANTEED Annual Bonus (based on sales performance & controllable income)
• Total Compensation: $60K-$70K+ with top performers earning significantly more

What We're Looking For:

• 5-7 years of management experience in full-service restaurants
• High-volume experience ($4M-$6M annual sales preferred)
• Background with corporate brands (Cracker Barrel, Applebee's, TGI Friday's, Texas Roadhouse, etc.)
• No job hoppers - we value stability and commitment
• Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Fast-casual/QSR managers with high-volume experience and strong tenure will be considered

⏰ Position Details:

• Hours: 50-55+ hours/week (management-level commitment expected)
• Environment: Buffet-style operation - structured but dynamic
