This position supports manufacturing and process development teams by coordinating tooling fabrication builds and managing technical documentation. This role focuses on administrative oversight, documentation control, and ensuring all records are accurate, compliant, and maintained within the Quality Management System (QMS).

Manufacturing Technical Administrator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $32.00 to $35.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Coordinate and track tooling and fabrication builds, including quotes, schedules, and status updates
• Maintain build records, approvals, and changes to ensure traceability and compliance
• Format, publish, and control technical documents and work instructions within the QMS
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to gather and update technical information
• Support audits and continuous improvement efforts

Manufacturing Technical Administrator Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering administration, or technical documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with QMS systems and document control practices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management tools
• Experience with CAD drawings or models is a plus
