What You’ll Do:

Engage with prospects using your sales expertise
Build rapport, identify pain points, offer coaching solutions
Manage your pipeline and follow-ups in Salesforce
Own your sales goals and consistently exceed them

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven sales success – you're a closer, not just a talker
✔️ 2-5 years of inside sales or (high-ticket or commission-based preferred)
✔️ Strong phone presence, persuasive communicator
✔️ CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)
✔️ Mortgage or real estate experience is a plus , not required
✔️ Must pass a background check and drug screen
