Maintenance Technician

We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician for our Pineville facility. We need someone who can handle mechanical and electrical troubleshooting across three shifts of production while helping us optimize our preventive maintenance programs.

The Essentials:

• Extensive knowledge of 240V-480V/3-phase systems.

• Experience with production machinery (Plastics/Extrusion experience is a huge plus!).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management.

• The Goal: Transition into a supervisory role as you master our systems.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted production operations through efficient servicing of
production tooling, machinery, and plant engineering projects. This role encompasses all electrical and mechanical aspects of
facility maintenance while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies. This position offers
growth opportunities toward supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Responsibilities
Operations & Production Support
 Primary Focus: Direct and participate in maintenance operations (regular, preventive and extraordinary) for all
machinery to ensure uninterrupted service (3 shifts/day, 5 days/week)
 Develop, control and oversee preventive maintenance programs to maintain production machinery and equipment
 Plan continuous work schedules and equipment logs/records to maintain company property in safe, optimal working
conditions
 Manage physical installation of new equipment
 Contact and manage external service contractors when needed
 Provide on-call support for rare 2 nd & 3 rd shift production emergencies

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
