Plant Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Manager to join our team at our facility located in Concord, NC, 28027. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the plant, ensuring production targets are met.
• Lead and develop a team of supervisors and staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe workplace.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet company standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, including supply chain and maintenance, to optimize operations.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and manage the plant budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in plant management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
