Production Lead

Location: Whitsett, NC

Pay: 23.00/hr

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Join a fast-paced production team where your leadership makes an impact. We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Lead to oversee daily production activities within a fast-paced configuration and fulfillment environment. This role is responsible for coordinating workflow, driving production output, and ensuring all orders meet quality standards and delivery timelines. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives on the production floor, motivates teams, and ensures operational excellence in a high-volume setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily production activities (imaging, configuration, testing, and packing)
• Assign tasks and keep workflow moving efficiently
• Drive output to meet deadlines and production goals
• Troubleshoot issues and remove bottlenecks
• Ensure quality standards and procedures are followed
• Partner with warehouse and operations teams to meet demand

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of production, manufacturing, or fulfillment experience
• Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience with systems like SAP or similar is a plus
• Ability to stay hands-on and lead from the floor
