We’re searching for an exceptional Senior Full Stack Developer to join Fastbreak’s in-house software engineering team. If you’re interested in crafting solutions that power the future of sports technology, this is your chance to make a real impact. In this role, you’ll spearhead the architecture and development of scalable, high-performance systems that serve some of the most dynamic players in the industry.

Beyond coding, you’ll inspire a team of talented developers, champion best practices and play a role in shaping our technical roadmap. What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and Express.
  • Lead technical architecture decisions and enforce best practices for code quality and testing.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
  • Drive innovation and technical excellence within the engineering team.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of exerience working with a startup or in a rapid-growth environment.
  • Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js frameworks.
  • Extensive experience with Node.js and Express.js .
  • Proven track record of working with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda).
  • Deep understanding of frontend architecture and state management.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with TypeScript and strong typing practices.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with serverless architecture.
  • Experience with performance optimization and web vitals.
  • History of contributing to open-source projects.
  • AWS certifications.
