Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally
• Use knowledge base and training to answer questions and sell products/services
• Understand customer needs and resolve issues
• Research systems for missing information; coordinate with departments
• Complete account management tasks using systems and technology
• Document and process customer orders accurately
• Follow scripts, policies, and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of personal information
• Escalate issues as needed
• Attend training and review new materials
• Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements

Qualifications

Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, typing speed of 20+ WPM, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, reliable with good attendance, problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, multitasking ability, team-oriented, adaptable to change, strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year in customer service, technical support, sales, or administrative roles in a contact center
