• Partner with Lead Advisors to ensure a seamless onboarding and transition experience
• Collaborate with planning, investment, and client service teams to support growth initiatives

• High emotional intelligence and comfort leading client conversations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities
• Familiarity with tools such as eMoney, Holistiplan, and Nitrogen preferred

• Desire to work directly with prospective and existing clients
• Strong self-leadership, professionalism, and technology aptitude
Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive base salary ($150,000 - $200,000)
• Participation in Hilltop’s firm-wide revenue incentive pool
• Bonus opportunities tied to net-new assets
• Structured career track with long-term growth and equity potential
Hilltop offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, generous paid time off, volunteer time off, flexible work-from-home policy (up to five days per month, with Monday and Thursday designated for in-office collaboration), and ongoing educational reimbursement opportunities.
