Job Overview : Homefront Brands is a rapidly growing home services franchise company focused on building brands that deliver exceptional customer experience. We seek a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our team. This in-office role will directly support the CEO in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Position Summary : The Executive Assistant (EA) will serve as a key partner to the CEO, providing high-level administrative, organizational, and project management support. The EA will act as an administrative support liaison between the CEO and internal teams, franchise owners, and external partners. Experience in digital marketing, social media, podcasting or promotion is a benefit. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and preparing necessary materials.
  • Provide support for the CEO’s external commitments, speaking engagements, appearances, podcasts, hosting events, training, and community involvement.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including senior leadership and key stakeholder engagements.
  • Support special projects, research initiatives, and business development efforts at the direction of the CEO.
  • Draft and edit professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and communications.
  • Facilitate communication across departments on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely follow-ups and task completion.
  • Support general office needs such as greeting guests and handling occasional office logistics.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications :
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in a corporate, franchise, or similar environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to quickly learn new platforms and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Ability to attend occasional evening events or dinners and travel as needed.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a team-oriented mindset.
