Tax Senior – Wealth Management & Public Accounting

Location: Winston Salem Area, NC

Compensation: Up to $125,000 + Annual Bonus (15–20%)

As demand continues to grow, they're looking to add a Tax Senior to their Winston Salem area office who wants to play a meaningful role in a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of tax preparation, tax review, and mentorship , while working alongside both domestic colleagues and offshore support teams. You'll gain exposure to a diverse client base and have the opportunity to make an impact across multiple offices as the firm's tax practice continues its impressive growth.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and review a variety of individual, partnership, S-corporation, and corporate tax returns.
• Review work prepared by staff and offshore teams, providing guidance and ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with professionals across multiple office locations to support client engagements.
• Assist with tax planning strategies and identify opportunities to add value for clients.
• Mentor junior team members and help develop best practices within the growing tax department.
• Build strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• CPA, EA or CPA/EA-track preferred.
• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong technical tax knowledge with both preparation and review experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
