Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Print Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up and operate printing equipment to produce materials that meet customer and product specifications. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, able to follow detailed work instructions, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This is a hands-on position that offers stability, growth, and great benefits.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders and setup sheets to determine production requirements
• Set up printers according to specifications and select proper print dies
• Manufacture products to meet customer and quality standards
• Test materials and record results as required
• Doff from machine when production cycle ends and prepare for next order
• Complete all operational documentation accurately
• Clean and maintain printers, dies, and work areas
• Notify Supervisor or designee of any non-conformance issues
• Conduct proper shift turnover and communicate with team members

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills required
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
• Willingness to work in a normal factory environment with exposure to varying temperatures

The base pay range for this position is $35,360–$40,000 , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
