Sr Data Analyst

- We are seeking a highly skilled, self-driven, results-oriented Senior Data Analyst to support Chief Administrative Office (CAO) data enablement and management activities. This role is critical to enabling CAO-wide data initiatives and will directly influence how data is leveraged across key business functions.
- This role includes gathering and writing data use case requirements, performing data analysis, and developing data relationship designs.
- Candidates should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple workstreams, and engaging with business partners to define and deliver impactful and reusable data solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for data use cases.
- Design and architect scalable data models and data element relationships with an emphasis on usability, performance, and data accuracy.
- Identify and write requirements for data source integrity monitoring.
- Support database enhancement requests and contribute to logical data design solutions.
- Participate in data management documentation including data lineage, data sharing agreements, and other metadata management.
- Evaluate upstream system of record changes for potential data impact and provide recommendations.
- Translate business needs into actionable data requirements and technical specifications.
- Partner with technology and data governance groups to ensure alignment with the team’s and enterprise data standards.
