Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a bilingual Spanish-speaking Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for a pediatric client in Raleigh, NC.

This role offers a consistent weekday schedule Tuesday–Friday from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM working one-on-one with a child while supporting communication, social, and daily living skill development through individualized ABA therapy.

We are seeking clinicians who are comfortable communicating with families in both Spanish and English and who enjoy building strong relationships with children and caregivers.

In-home services

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to a pediatric client

• Implement treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs

• Support communication, social, and daily living skill development

• Collect and document behavioral data during sessions

• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans

• Communicate effectively with caregivers in Spanish and English

• Maintain professional and timely session documentation

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Certification

• RBT certification preferred but not required

• BT candidates will receive paid training toward RBT certification

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English required

• Experience working with children preferred

• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or behavioral health is a plus

• Reliable transportation

• Professional, dependable, and compassionate

• Ability to pass required background checks

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
