Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $70,000 - $80,000 / annual*

What you'll be doing as a Building Maintenance Manager :

• Oversee and troubleshoot maintenance operations across multiple properties
• Completion of repairs and minor projects
• Interface and coordinate with service technicians on campus to effect repairs and routine maintenance
• Coordination of facility issues with technology team, facilities team, and audiovisual team
• Assist with opening the buildings
• Coordinates with facilities team members on repairs and technician visits

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day) & Weekends

Job requirements:

• Experience with building systems; electrical, plumbing, mechanical
• Valid license in Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing required
• Three to five years working with building systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Results oriented
• Comfortable working with technology; not intimidated with discovering new technology to complete assignments
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Background Check Required
