Position: Aesthetic Injector-AMG Medspa

Location: Gastonia, NC

Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible)

Compensation: $75K-$100K+ (includes hourly, commission and bonus)

We’re currently expanding and looking for a confident, sales-minded Aesthetic Injector to join our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport), dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRP/PRF, and exosomes

• Conduct detailed consultations and treatment planning with a focus on bundling services and building client loyalty

• Proactively recommend products, treatment packages, and ongoing care plans to help clients reach their goals

• Track and achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to overall clinic performance metrics

• Document thoroughly in EMR, follow protocols, and ensure clinical excellence

• Participate in content creation (if comfortable), events, and internal training

• Be a brand ambassador—educating, connecting, and converting

Ideal Candidate:

• RN, NP, or PA with aesthetic injection experience (minimum 1 year preferred)

• Confident in both treatment and consultation settings

• Sales-savvy, performance-driven, and comfortable upselling packages

• Client-focused with a passion for aesthetics and wellness

• Team player with a strong work ethic and growth mindset
