Accounting and Office Manager

We’re looking for an Accounting and Office Manager to lead our accounting, office operations, and administrative functions. This is a high-trust role responsible for owning day-to-day financial operations while helping ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, collections, bank and account reconciliations, month-end processes, and preparation of internal financial statements.
• Support key office and administrative functions, including benefits administration, contract and document coordination, and organized internal processes.
• Help maintain smooth, efficient office operations that support both our team and our clients.
• Contribute to process improvement while respecting established systems and standards.

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on accounting experience with the ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting functions.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, month-end close, and internal financial reporting.
• Background in office management or business administration.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace tools, and Sage or similar accounting software.
• Construction or related industry experience is helpful, but not required.
• Approximately 8-10+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized business environment with responsibility across multiple areas of accounting and office operations.
