Sales Enablement Specialist
Description
We provide technology that community financial institutions use to manage risk and drive growth. Our solutions automate key processes – from anti-money laundering to fraud detection to CECL readiness to lending workflows – empowering our customers by addressing their Enterprise Risk Management needs.
Engage in the sales process by leading the RFP/RFI/RFX response effort. Enable sales and CSM teams through various activities in order to optimize revenue production. This individual will report to our Director, Sales Enablement. This position will be located at our office in Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, or remote.
What You'll Do:
- Requests for Proposal (RFP, RFI, RFX):
- Own and manage the complete RFP response process, partnering with the account owners in the sales organization.
- Provide accurate and compelling responses to product, industry, and technology‑related questions.
- Coordinate cross‑functional input from Product Leadership, Solution Consulting, Information Security, Marketing, and other internal teams.
- Deliver timely, comprehensive responses to several hundred detailed questions per RFP, often serving as a critical early evaluation point for potential clients.
- Sales Enablement:
- Support onboarding programs for Sales and CSM team members.
- Assist with the internal customer reference process.
- Help develop and deliver solution‑focused and industry‑specific training for Sales and CSM teams.
- Provider support to Sales and CSM teams of internal selling tools (i.e. Gong, Seismic, Zoominfo, etc)
- Professional Development:
- Contribute to ongoing training initiatives focused on best‑practice sales methodology, selling software tools, process excellence, and performance mindset.
What You'll Need:
- Ability to learn and articulate a broad solution set with clarity and precision.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to switch quickly between tasks.
- Effective cross‑department communication and a strong sense of urgency.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for enabling the success of others and the team.
- Proficiency in sales tools like CRM platforms (Salesforce), sales enablement software (Seismic, Gong, Responsive), is preferred.
- A basic knowledge of sales processes, training techniques, and market trends to enhance team effectiveness.
- An understanding of the banking industry is a plus, but not required.
- An understanding of AI and how to use it to support business initiatives.
