Duration: 6 months (contract)
Compensation Range: $20-25/hr
Job Description:
Provide administrative and technical support to engineering staff by managing documentation, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely processing of sealed engineering documents.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Print drawing sets and PE (Professional Engineering) letters for sealing
-
Scan and upload sealed engineering documents
-
Execute general administrative tasks including word processing and file maintenance
-
Receive and route incoming correspondence and inquiries
-
Maintain up-to-date documentation including manuals, log books, and internal files
-
Manage office automation tasks using email, document storage, and various software tools
-
Merge and format data from multiple software sources into final deliverables
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

Experience in administrative or office coordination roles

Familiarity with handling engineering documentation and correspondence

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
