At Subaru Concord, we’re looking for a Love-Encore Specialist: a customer-focused, tech-savvy professional who ensures every new Subaru owner feels confident and cared for long after they drive off the lot. This role is all about education, support, and building lasting relationships—not high-pressure sales. You’ll guide customers through personalized technology demonstrations and follow-up sessions that enhance their ownership experience and deepen their connection to the Subaru brand.
