• Lead high-stakes personal injury cases end-to-end, navigating clients through every phase of District and Superior Court litigation, from pleadings and discovery to arbitration, mediation, and trial.
• Craft powerful legal strategies by conducting in-depth legal research and meticulous case analysis, expertly assessing liability and damages.
• Manage all facets of discovery, including strategic collaboration with expert witnesses and conducting impactful depositions.
• Develop compelling legal briefs and deliver persuasive arguments in court, showcasing strong courtroom advocacy.
• Cultivate exceptional client relationships, providing empathetic, clear, and consistent guidance throughout the complex litigation process.
• Drive continuous improvement, identifying operational efficiencies and enhancing litigation workflows to optimize team performance.

We're Looking For:

We seek a proven litigator committed to excellence and client success.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing license with the North Carolina State Bar.
• 5+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience in North Carolina, with a demonstrated track record.
• Proven ability to confidently manage a demanding litigation docket.
• A commanding courtroom presence and a flair for strategic thinking that delivers results.
