What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities As our Human Resources / Office Manager, you’ll wear many hats to ensure our team and office function seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
- Managing day-to-day office operations to maintain a productive and efficient workplace.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
- Serving as a trusted resource for employees, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Supporting management with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
We’re seeking a candidate who brings the following to the table:
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources —this is a must-have for the role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage both HR and office management responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive workplace culture.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
