Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift Pay: $22–$27/hour

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team on 3rd shift . This is an entry- to mid-level role where you’ll work 32 hours and get paid for 40 . Ideal for someone with hands-on maintenance experience and a strong troubleshooting mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on plant equipment
• Troubleshoot robotic welding systems, drives, sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, power transmission, and furnaces
• Use multi-meters and other test equipment
• Safely operate forklifts and scissor lifts

Requirements:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for full shift
• Comfortable bending, reaching, and stooping

Preferred Skills:

• Industrial maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, robotics
• Experience with power tools, machine tools, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Welding cell and industrial oven maintenance experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of High Point, NC.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in High Point,NC.
