Position Details

• Role: Leasing Consultant (LIHTC)
• Location: Raleigh, NC 27603
• Pay: $18/hr
• Schedule:
  • Monday–Friday: 9 AM–6 PM
  • Saturday: 10 AM–5 PM (as needed)
  • Sunday: 1 PM–5 PM (as needed)
• Start Date: May 11, 2026
• Opportunity Type: Contract‑to‑Hire

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing activities for a LIHTC lease‑up community
• Conduct professional property tours and highlight community features
• Process applications, income verifications, and compliance documentation
• Ensure all files meet LIHTC regulatory requirements
• Provide excellent customer service to prospects and residents
• Maintain accurate records, organized files, and timely follow‑ups
• Assist with marketing efforts and lead management
• Support daily office operations with a polished, professional approach

Requirements

• LIHTC experience required (lease‑up experience strongly preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, polished presentation and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with property management software is a plus
