Role Responsibilities

• Design and validate engineering solutions via feasibility studies and implementation plans.
• Draft and assess engineering standards, specifications, and documentation.
• Develop test plans and procedures rooted in product specifications; execute verification.
• Analyze system data to reveal trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain requirements traceability and verification artifacts across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate across disciplines to troubleshoot and enhance system performance.
• Champion compliance with HSE policies and standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand technical capability.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s in Engineering (or equivalent); 3–5 years in systems or controls engineering; strong analytical/problem-solving ability; independent contributor who can mentor and provide guidance.
• Preferred: Master’s degree; experience with systems engineering frameworks and lifecycle management; proficiency with advanced analytics tools; exposure to global cross-functional teams.
