**Responsibilities:**

2. Lead and motivate a team of lawn care technicians, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality workmanship.
3. Develop and implement lawn care programs and schedules to meet client needs and expectations.
4. Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for lawn care services, such as mowing, fertilization, weed control, and pest management.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
6. Monitor and manage inventory levels of supplies and equipment, ordering as needed to support ongoing operations.
7. Maintain accurate records of work performed, client communications, and billing information.
8. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in lawn care and landscaping to continually improve service offerings.

**Qualifications:**
1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
2. Strong knowledge of turf management practices, including mowing heights, fertilization schedules, and weed control methods.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.
4. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
6. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
7. Proficiency in operating lawn care equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
8. Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed, especially during peak season.
