We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with all safety and building regulations. Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in commercial buildings.
Collaborate with contractors, construction teams, and clients to complete projects efficiently.
Ensure compliance with local and state plumbing codes and regulations.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent plumbing failures.
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in commercial plumbing.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program preferred.
Licensing: Valid state plumbing license or certification required.
Skills: Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, ability to read blueprints, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
Additional: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
