Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in commercial buildings.

• Collaborate with contractors, construction teams, and clients to complete projects efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with local and state plumbing codes and regulations.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent plumbing failures.

• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in commercial plumbing.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program preferred.

• Licensing: Valid state plumbing license or certification required.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, ability to read blueprints, and problem-solving skills.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physical labor for extended periods.

• Additional: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
