Millennium Hotels and Resorts is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Hotel Security professional to safeguard our guests, employees, and property. As part of our security team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment across our hotel premises.

Your duties will include monitoring surveillance systems, conducting regular patrols, responding promptly to emergencies, and enforcing hotel policies to protect people and assets. You will work closely with hotel management and local law enforcement to ensure compliance with safety regulations and handle any incidents effectively.

Your presence will provide peace of mind to guests and staff, promoting a safe and enjoyable stay for all. This position requires integrity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct routine security patrols of the hotel’s interior and exterior areas.
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to security risks.
• Assist guests and employees by providing a safe and secure environment.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies, incidents, or disturbances.
• Collaborate with hotel management and law enforcement authorities as necessary.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents or breaches.
• Enforce hotel policies regarding access control and general safety.
• Participate in safety training sessions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of security procedures.
• Pay rate is $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in security preferred.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with security systems, surveillance equipment, and emergency protocols.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective during emergencies.
• Physical fitness to perform security patrols and related tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Possession of valid security guard license as required by local regulations is a plus.
