General Manager - Association Management
About the Role
Lead our Association Management Division as General Manager with full P&L responsibility. This executive role combines strategic leadership, client relationship management, and business development to drive division profitability and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic and operational plans for division growth and profitability
- Build and lead high-performing teams with collaborative leadership approach
- Manage division budget, financial operations, and accounting team oversight
- Serve as liaison between client boards, accounting firms, and financial institutions
- Drive business development through sales, marketing, and client relationship management
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations for clients and prospects
- Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and best practices across the division
- Travel for client meetings, prospect visits, and 1-2 industry conferences annually
*This position is located in our office. There is a possibility of a hybrid schedule after the introductory period.*

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 10+ years of experience in business and/or non-profit management
- Knowledge of accounting principles, non-profit governance, and regulatory compliance
- Proven supervisory, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong multi-tasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
