Blending Supervisor

Prime Beverage Group is looking for a team-oriented and passionate Blending Supervisor with the ability to carry out assigned responsibilities in accordance with the company policies. The right candidate will take pride in contributing to our continued growth and expansion initiatives as part of the team. This position operates on a 12-hour shift and will report to the Blending Manager.

Currently, all shifts are available.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage blending staff, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Provide training, coaching, and counseling to blending team members.
• Enforce safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address personnel issues.
• Oversee blending operations according to production schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of products by managing production schedules.
• Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Ensure the safety of your equipment, processes, and actions.
• Meet throughput and efficiency goals for all processes.
• Implement and enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
• Achieve Quality metrics.
• Maintain all records accurately and completely.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively across areas and shifts.
• Support the culture of Operational Excellence.
• Uphold the Plant Vision and Code of Conduct.

Position Requirements

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of blending processes, equipment, and materials.
• Understanding of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and other electronic communication devices.
• Excellent math skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Understanding of CIP and sanitary standards.
• Understanding of process flow.
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb steps, and stand for long periods of time.
• Capacity to safely lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to work in cold, wet, and noisy conditions.

Education and Experience

• 2-4 years of leadership experience
• Quality and/or manufacturing laboratory environment experience preferred.
• HACCP and SQF certifications or experience, preferred.
