As an Industrial Automation Maintenance Specialist, you’ll diagnose PLC faults, chase down intermittent electrical issues, tune hydraulics, and fine‑tune mechanical systems to ensure smooth, reliable output.
Openings available on 2nd and 3rd shifts with stable patterns and a weekend rotation. Relocation and temporary housing are available for candidates living 50+ miles from the plant.

What You’ll Do
- Pinpoint, troubleshoot, and repair PLC systems; identify root causes and restore operation efficiently.
- Diagnose and correct electrical issues impacting equipment performance.
- Perform mechanical troubleshooting to resolve machinery problems and improve reliability.
- Service and sustain a variety of industrial automation equipment for optimal throughput.
- Build and execute preventive maintenance plans to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Apply hydraulic system knowledge to locate faults and perform repairs.
- Use PLC programming know‑how to adjust parameters and implement minor program changes.
- Collaborate across the manufacturing team to achieve production goals safely and on time.
