Product Manager
- Defining and managing product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s strategic goals, identifying new opportunities to drive growth and innovation
- Creating and managing a product roadmap based on the overall product vision and strategy
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful launch and market adoption of new products and features.
- Continuously monitoring the product’s performance and gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders, using data-driven insights to make decisions and prioritize product improvements and features
- Leading product release plans and setting the expectation for delivery of new functionalities and improvements
- Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
- Anticipating industry shifts and emerging technologies to develop a long-term product strategy that positions the company as a leader in the market
- Making strategic decisions about resource allocation and product feature prioritization to maximize business impact
- 3-5 years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent
- Experience with writing business requirements and technical requirements
- Strong ability to influence, facilitate, and collaborate with a variety of disciplines and diverse groups of people
- Strong organizational and project/process management skills
- Ability to stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform long-term product strategy
- Experience creating product roadmaps and making strategic product decisions including prioritization and resource allocation
- Experience with facilities a plus, but not required
