Pay Rate: $14.25/hr
Available Shifts1st Shift (Mon–Fri)
6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift (Mon–Thurs)
3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (10-hour shifts)
Overtime as needed on Fridays: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
We’re hiring Production Associates I to support daily manufacturing operations. This is an excellent entry-level, temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates looking to build skills in production, machine operation, and quality control.
What You’ll DoLearn and operate basic production systems (Excel, coding machines, Lynq)
Follow work orders and job tickets accurately
Monitor and operate machines or process steps with supervision
Support pack-out operations (counting, packaging)
Identify and report basic quality issues using inspection tools
Validate materials (yarns, labels, etc.) before production
Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment upkeep
Follow all safety procedures and production protocols
Cross-train within the department as needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, measure)
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Reliable attendance and positive attitude
Ability to work in a team environment and accept coaching
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods
Active role requiring constant movement throughout shift
Eager to learn and grow in manufacturing
Reliable and team-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Detail-focused with a commitment to quality

Pay Details: $14.25 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
