Digital Customer Support Specialist
The Digital Customer Support Specialist provides comprehensive client support by conducting detailed travel research, coordinating reservations, and ensuring all booking details are accurate and complete. This role emphasizes customer service excellence, booking coordination, and administrative accuracy in a fully remote environment.
Primary Responsibilities

Assist clients with detailed itinerary planning and travel coordination

Research, compare, and confirm reservation options using approved systems

Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations aligned with client preferences and budget
