CNC Set-Up Tech Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 to $24.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30am )

Perform setup of CNC machines and equipment, including tool changes, fixture placement, and machine adjustments.Read and interpret blueprints, process sheets, and technical drawings.Ensure proper alignment, calibration, and machine functionality before production begins.Troubleshoot and correct issues during setup to minimize downtime.Work closely with operators and supervisors to verify part quality during first-article inspections.Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and quality standards.

CNC Set-Up Tech Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of direct CNC setup and operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and CNC programming instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain CNC machinery.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
