Now Hiring: Associate Professional Level III Residential Facility
Schedule: Approximately 35 hours per week
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience
Location: Level III Residential Facility Requirements:
Applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. Candidates should be professional, dependable, organized, and able to work effectively with staff, youth, families, and treatment team members. Primary Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with new employee orientation
- Provide crisis management and de-escalation support as needed
- Complete monthly staff supervisions
- Ensure daily staff tasks are completed
- Review ShareNotes documentation
- Review facility logbooks weekly
- Assist with intake of new clients
- Support staff accountability and program compliance
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Communicate effectively with leadership and team members
