- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (No weekends)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Office Admin to join our close-knit team. This role is pivotal in maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service and efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling multiple responsibilities, from managing communications to coordinating schedules, all while fostering positive relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications via multi-line phone systems, emails, and text messages, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Scheduling & Routing: Coordinate and schedule daily service appointments while optimizing routes for field technicians.
- Manage monthly routing of technicians based on service schedules and territories.
- Prior experience is helpful, but we will train the right candidate.
- Customer Account Management: Maintain and update customer records, scan and upload files to digital software, and manage other account-related tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze weekly and monthly reports to support business operations and decision-making processes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with technicians and management to ensure seamless service delivery and address any operational challenges.
- Event Participation: Occasionally assist in company events such as home shows, with opportunities for overtime compensation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably within the pest control or home services industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
- Territorial Awareness: A strong sense of direction and the ability to efficiently route service appointments across designated service areas and technician territories.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a commitment to supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
