Senior Manager Operations
- Operational Leadership: Lead daily operations across three shifts, ensuring consistent performance in service, quality, cost, and safety.
- Strategic Execution: Implement the 1–3 year order fulfillment strategy, aligning material flow and distribution processes with evolving B2B and B2C business needs.
- Performance Management: Establish and monitor KPIs using data-driven reporting and analytics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization: Leverage Warehouse Management Systems and Masco Operating System (MOS) tools to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Team Development: Build and sustain a high-performing team by promoting development at all levels, fostering engagement, and creating a strong talent pipeline.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Inventory Control, Customer Service, IT, HR, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and alignment with broader business objectives.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure operational compliance with customer requirements and internal standards, including inventory accuracy and cycle count certification.
- Technology & Innovation: Support automation initiatives and explore technology enhancements to improve scalability and responsiveness.
- Culture Champion: Model Liberty’s values and foster a culture of empowerment, adaptability, and high performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution, including multi-shift team management.
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives, drive change, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing and implementing standard operating procedures.
- Familiarity with warehouse automation and optimization are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with demonstrated senior-level presence.
- Analytical problem solver with strategic planning capabilities and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.
