Print/Insert Team Lead

Labcorp is seeking a Print/Insert Team Lead to join our team at Graham NC.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee production operations at the direction of management.
• Prepare presort mail for daily pickup and backup truck loading operations as needed.
• Create, maintain and communicate SOP (standards of procedure) documentation and train production operators when new procedures are implemented.
• Maintain inventory levels and order weekly production supplies.
• Receive and unload production supplies from inbound trucks and organize warehouse inventory.
• Bring supplies from warehouse to floor to accommodate daily production.
• Document production volume data for daily, weekly and monthly spreadsheet reporting.
• Work with other department team leads and management for staffing as needed to accommodate production deadlines.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Comply with company policies.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

• Will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and perform any other job-related duties requested by anyone authorized to give instructions or assignments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 year of experience in production operations and machine operator

• 1 year of experience as a team or shift leader, lead operator or quality inspection

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must be able to use hand tools, pallet jacks, and forklifts.

•It requires frequent standing, walking, crouching, bending, kneeling, lifting, and using repetitive motions of hands or wrists; finger, grasp, handle, or feel; reach with arms and hands for extended periods.

•Fast-paced, deadline-driven setting requiring the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Pay Range: $ 17.75 - $21.00 per hour
